The author does a really good job making you feel like you are right next to Nicole as she goes through trying to recover.I loved the parts of the book where you got to sit in on her therapy sessions. It was as though you were right there, and watching Nicole grow through the experience was extremely captivating and honest. It has a few good one-liners too, is an easy read, but is definitely intense.
