(More customer reviews)This book is like an espresso shot: to the point, energizing, no nonsense. I bent the corners of at least 10 pages, so I could use the ideas in an upcoming planning session for my company. Always refreshing to read a book written by someone who has "been there, done that". Rebecca Turner clearly "gets it". Let's hope this is only her first book of many to come.
